I run CritPoint, a senior data and AI advisory practice. I’m brought in to turn data a company can’t act on into systems it runs on — getting the model of the business right first, then building on it.
Before CritPoint, as Senior Director I was the functional head of Data at Rewards Network, a national dining loyalty platform (20M+ members, 20K+ restaurants) — where I built and led a 15-person data organization and a portfolio of production data and AI products my team owned end-to-end: $50M+ in annual revenue. Before that, I built data functions from zero at two venture-backed marketplaces. That range — from nothing to a P&L-verified product portfolio — is the practice. Ph.D. in Computational Neuroscience, UC Berkeley.
