Privacy
This is the privacy notice for CritPoint (Knowledgemongers LLC). It covers the only place this site collects personal information: the Start form. I keep it short and accurate.
What I collect
When you submit the Start form, I collect what you enter: a description of the outcome that is failing and what a real improvement would look like, optional context (prior efforts, when it started, stakeholders), and your contact details (name, email, and optional company and role). I also record your consent to be contacted. I do not collect anything you do not type into the form.
Where it goes
A submitted inquiry is stored as a row in a managed Postgres database (the system of record) and sent to me as a notification email so I can reply. It is not shared with or sold to third parties, and it is not used for advertising.
Analytics
Site analytics are cookieless and aggregate — page views and which calls-to-action are used. Analytics never receive your name, email, or anything you typed into the form. The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
I keep inquiries only as long as they are useful for the conversation they started. You can ask me to delete your inquiry at any time, and I will. To request deletion or ask what I hold about you, email start@critpoint.ai (opens in new tab).
